Purpose

To support the next generation of Oklahoma’s citizens, high school graduates, who will live, work and support their communities in Oklahoma after graduation. The Jimmie L Dean Scholarship Foundation provides financial awards intended to supplement the student’s own resources and reduce the amount of debt needed to fill the gap between the educational costs and other scholarships, grants and awards they have earned.

We are proud of the over $1.385 million of financial awards to Oklahoma students since our inception.

The process is simple and easy.

Applications are open for students who will be attending OSUIT from Dec. 1 until July 15 each year.

Applications for all other students are open from Dec. 1 until April 30 each year.

All Scholarship awards are determined by the Foundation at the sole discretion of its Board of Directors.
